NothrWorld creates original fictional worlds you can enter, explore and influence. This policy explains what we collect when you watch THE PROGRAMME, take part in interactive story decisions, or buy a Season Pass.

Who we are

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares with us.
• Season Pass purchases — payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your Founding 300 status, never your full card details.
• Story activity — the decisions and votes you make inside the interactive series, so your Season history is saved to your account.
• Basic usage data — standard technical information such as your browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to give you access to episodes and bonus content, record the choices that shape the story, confirm your Season Pass, provide support, and send service emails such as sign-in confirmations and password resets. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the services that run NothrWorld: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, Google for optional sign-in, and our email delivery provider. Each processes your data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, Season Pass and story-decision records for as long as your account exists, so your Season 1 history stays intact. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except records we must legally retain.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to certain uses or ask us to restrict them. Email hello@nothrworld.co.uk and we aim to respond within 7 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember your progress through the series. Blocking them may stop sign-in and your saved choices from working.

Age Guidance & Accounts

THE PROGRAMME is recommended for audiences aged 13 and over due to psychological drama and mature themes. NothrWorld is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to register an account or submit personal information.
