TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms cover your use of NothrWorld, including watching THE PROGRAMME, taking part in interactive story decisions, and buying a Season Pass. By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to save your progress and story choices. Keep your password secure, give accurate details, and let us know at hello@nothrworld.co.uk if you think someone else is using your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or resold.

Age Guidance & Accounts

THE PROGRAMME is recommended for audiences aged 13 and over due to psychological drama and mature themes. NothrWorld is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to register an account or submit personal information. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to create an account or buy a Season Pass.

The Season Pass

The Season Pass is a one-time purchase that gives you access to Episodes 02–14 as they are produced, the ability to influence major character decisions, votes on relationships and alliances, an exclusive bonus scene from Episode 1, a saved record of your choices, and Founding 300 status if you are among the first 300 members.

THE PROGRAMME is an ongoing interactive series. Episodes are released as they are produced, and release dates, running order and episode length may change as the story develops. Founding 300 places are limited and allocated in order of confirmed payment.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD or GBP at checkout and include any applicable tax. Access begins once your payment is confirmed.

Refunds and cancellation

If you are in the UK or EU you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. Your Season Pass includes content that is available immediately, such as your bonus scene. When you complete your purchase, you agree to receive this access immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, email hello@nothrworld.co.uk and we will look at it fairly.

Story decisions and voting

Interactive decisions and votes are collective. Your choices are counted alongside those of other members and influence the story, but no single vote guarantees a particular outcome. Final creative control stays with NothrWorld.

Our content

All episodes, characters, scripts, artwork, music and other material on NothrWorld are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may watch them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, re-upload, redistribute or use our content to train machine learning models without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls, disrupt the service, scrape it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Fiction disclaimer

THE PROGRAMME is a work of fiction. Characters, events and audience reactions shown in the series are fictional and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep NothrWorld available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may pause the service for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the series develops, and material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Last updated October 2026.
